Blog¶
Openhouse includes a Blog listing and a Blog post template.
Use them for your blog¶
- Go to Settings › Content › Blog, choose your blog, and open Templates.
- Set Blog listing page to Openhouse Blog listing and Blog post template to Openhouse Blog post.
- Save.
Blog listing¶
- On page one, the newest post is shown large, then a grid of cards.
- Topic buttons at the top filter posts by topic. Topic and author pages use the same template.
- A newsletter box with your blog subscription form.
- A banner below the posts. It sits in a drag-and-drop area: edit it in the blog listing editor, swap it for another module, or remove it.
Blog post¶
- Breadcrumb, author, date and reading time.
- Cover image from the post's featured image.
- Share buttons (Facebook, LinkedIn, X and copy link) that stay in view while reading.
- Topics, an author box, comments (when turned on for the blog) and three related posts from the same topic.
Turn each part on or off in Theme settings › Blog.
