Welcome to HubDB Lookup

HubDB Lookup lets Breeze agents answer questions from your HubDB tables. Products, prices, store locations, events, team members, property listings: if it's in a HubDB table, your agents can look it up.

You don't set up anything per table. The agent sees which tables you have and which columns they hold, then searches the right one.

What's included

Two tools that you add to any Breeze agent:

Tool	What it does
List HubDB tables	Shows the agent your published tables, their columns, column types and the options of select columns.
Search HubDB table	Finds rows in one table with filters, sorting and a row limit, and returns them as text the agent can read.

Both tools also work as workflow actions.

What agents can answer

• "Which of our stores are open on Saturday, and what are their hours?"
• "Do we have a store with a café in Dallas?"
• "Show me the 3 most expensive homes for sale with at least 3 bedrooms."
• "Who is the agent for the Garden cottage, and what's their phone number?" (the agent looks in two tables)

Requirements

• A HubSpot account with HubDB (Content Hub Professional or Enterprise).
• Breeze agents in your account that can use app tools.
• At least one published HubDB table. Draft tables and unpublished changes are not visible to the tools.

Your data

HubDB Lookup only reads HubDB. It can't change your tables or see anything else in HubSpot, such as contacts or deals. It doesn't keep copies of your table data. See the privacy policy.
